5.2 Cancellations Bright Iris Film Co. reserves the right to cancel or suspend your access to the Course at any time for violations of these Terms or other applicable policies.

  • Any other matter relating to the Courses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bright Iris Film Co. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Courses or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Courses shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules in Cook County, Illinois. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

9. Modifications

Bright Iris Film Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Courses after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
